Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove Amber Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Richmond region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 551 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Write clear copy about retention for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
