Nova Quill Banking Services Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
