Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Ironwood West Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Las Vegas with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
