Westbrook Willow Staffing Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 501 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
