Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Silverline Works is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
