Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Nova Ashton Banking Services is a regional lender in Grand Rapids with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about account openings for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
