Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
