Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 959 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
