Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Community Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about benefits enrolment for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
