Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
