Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Summit Oak Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
