Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Community Partners Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
