Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Iron Press is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 257 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about customer orders for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
