Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
