Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Vista Markets is a Dallas retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about shrink and waste for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
