Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Staffing places workers with employers around Minneapolis, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
