Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Bluepeak Granite Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Oakland, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 654 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
