Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Nova Wren Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Indianapolis presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
