Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Nova Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about school partnerships for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
