Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Nova Maple Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Miami plant. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about paper stock for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
