Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about reviews and feedback for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
