Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Northwind Technologies is a regional lender in Chicago with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
