Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Ironwood Rook Press is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about paper stock for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
