Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Mill Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
