Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Fernwood Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Oakland across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about client files for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
