Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Silverline Wren Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Virginia Beach, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
