Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Foxglove West Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Phoenix, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about ticketing for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
