Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Fresno with a full calendar of events, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
