Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Clearpath Beacon Community Partners Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about grant reporting for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
