Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Rivermark Fern Hospitality is a hospitality company in Nashville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about guest bookings for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
