Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Portland. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about onboarding for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
