Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Nova Union Telecom is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write clear copy about field visits for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
