Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Westbrook Keystone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about branch operations for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
