Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Foxglove Union Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
