Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Lumen Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about food costs for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
