Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
