Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Telecom is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Write clear copy about billing accounts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
