Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Highbridge Oak Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 333 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about supplier orders for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
