Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Thistle Community Partners runs community programmes across Fresno, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about volunteer shifts for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
