Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Hospitality and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about food costs for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
