Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (remote)

Harborlight Lakeside Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Cleveland with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about event logistics for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
