Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Providence, RI)

Fernwood Hollow Arts Center is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Providence. What you will do • Write clear copy about visitor services for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with visitor services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
