Ironwood Rook Press is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 680 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Write clear copy about press runs for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
