Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Providence, RI)

Summit Timber Markets is a Providence retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about promotions for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
