Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Providence, RI)

Silverline Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Providence with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would join a large organisation of about 320 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Write clear copy about group events for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
