Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Portland, OR)

Foxglove West Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Portland presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Marketing Coordinator to lead our events and webinars. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • Comfort with email and analytics tools. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
