Fernwood Ember Markets Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. The job centres on events and webinars for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about supplier deliveries for the website and newsletters. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
