Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Rook Staffing places workers with employers around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Write clear copy about candidate screening for the website and newsletters. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • One to three years in marketing or communications. • Excellent writing and proofreading. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
