Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Pine Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Phoenix region. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to take on events and webinars. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write clear copy about timekeeping for the website and newsletters. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • Photo or video editing skills. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
