Marketing Coordinator - events and webinars (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Harbor Arts Center Group and adding a Marketing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be events and webinars. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Plan and send email and social campaigns on a regular calendar. • Coordinate events, flyers and partner promotions. • Write clear copy about volunteer programmes for the website and newsletters. • Track results and tell the team what worked. • Keep brand and message consistent across channels. What we are looking for • Comfort with email and analytics tools. • Excellent writing and proofreading. • One to three years in marketing or communications. Nice to have • Photo or video editing skills. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
